Colour and Texture

I spotted this mural by the artist Birdo, aka Jerry Rugg, on the side of a building on College St near Kensington Market. Birdo is known for his bright colours and wonderful textures in his work and the subjects are mostly animals. This one seems to be some kind of deconstructed creature but you can certainly see his style at its best.

The snow and the bike racks look like they could be part of the mural. :-)

At first sight it looks to be 3D. Wonderful.

Am I the only one recognising at least a rhino in the middle? Love it!

Wow. The artist must dream in Technicolor.
